Donna Tisch, is a full-time Certified Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator who provides quality service at a reasonable price. We have been in hundreds of mediations and have been mediating cases regularly since 2002. We have the substantive knowledge of civil cases and the tenacity and drive to facilitate parties working together to get cases settled. We are available to conduct a mediation of your case in attorneys’ offices or at a court reporter’s office. We are also available to lawyers to assist them in mock trials or round table presentations by providing our expertise and years of experience to either present the “other side” of the case or to plan and prepare case themes, defenses, arguments and counter-arguments.

- Rates & Fees

Rates:
$275/hour for two party mediations. $100/hour per party for multiple party mediations. The number of parties is determined by the number of attorneys.
Cancellation/Minimum Charges:
There is no cancellation charge if a mediation is cancelled more than three business days before the mediation. If a mediation is cancelled within three business days of a mediation, there is a $400 cancellation charge to be split equally among the parties. There is a two hour minimum fee for half day mediations and a 4 hour minimum fee for full day mediations.
Travel:
We handle cases in the Twentieth and Twelfth Judicial Circuit. There is no charge for travel within these Circuits. For travel outside these Circuits, travel is billed at half of the hourly rate.
